Refund and Cancellation Policy

At English Touch, we are committed to delivering high-quality English training. To ensure clarity and transparency, we request all learners to carefully review the following policy before enrolling in any course.

English Touch में हम उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली इंग्लिश ट्रेनिंग देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। स्पष्टता और पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए, सभी विद्यार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि किसी भी कोर्स में प्रवेश लेने से पहले नीचे दी गई नीति को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।

1. No Refund After Enrollment
नामांकन के बाद रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा

Once you enroll in any of our courses and complete the payment process, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Please carefully review the course details to ensure it meets your requirements before making a final decision. Once access to the training and course materials is granted, the enrollment will be considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.

एक बार जब आप हमारे किसी भी कोर्स में नामांकन कर लेते हैं और भुगतान प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लेते हैं, तो किसी भी परिस्थिति में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा। कृपया कोर्स विवरण ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और सुनिश्चित करें कि यह आपकी आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप है। प्रशिक्षण और कोर्स सामग्री तक पहुंच प्राप्त होने पर नामांकन की पुष्टि मानी जाएगी और इसे रद्द नहीं किया जा सकेगा।

2. Request for Cancellation or Course Change
कैंसलेशन या कोर्स बदलाव का अनुरोध

If any error occurs during enrollment, you may request a cancellation, refund, or course change within 7 days of payment. The request must be emailed and should include:

• Full Name

• Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)

• Payment Mode (Cash or Online) and Amount Paid

Approved requests will be processed within 7 working days, and applicable refunds (if any) will be returned to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

यदि नामांकन में कोई गलती हो जाती है, तो आप भुगतान की तारीख से 7 दिनों के भीतर रद्द करने, रिफंड या कोर्स बदलने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। आपका अनुरोध ईमेल द्वारा भेजा जाना चाहिए और उसमें निम्न विवरण होना चाहिए:

स्वीकृत अनुरोधों पर 7 कार्यदिवस में कार्रवाई की जाएगी और यदि रिफंड लागू होता है, तो उसे 7–10 कार्यदिवस में मूल भुगतान माध्यम से वापस किया जाएगा।

3. Batch Transfer Option
बैच बदलने का विकल्प

In specific situations, learners may request to transfer to a different batch instead of canceling the enrollment. This option will depend on seat availability and approval by English Touch.

कुछ मामलों में छात्र कोर्स रद्द करने की बजाय किसी अन्य बैच में स्थानांतरण का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। यह सुविधा सीट की उपलब्धता और English Touch की अनुमति पर निर्भर करेगी।

4. Admission Cancellation Due to False Information
गलत जानकारी देने पर प्रवेश रद्द

Providing incorrect or misleading information during enrollment may result in admission cancellation, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

नामांकन के समय यदि कोई गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी दी जाती है, तो प्रवेश रद्द किया जा सकता है और किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

5. Force Majeure Conditions
अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियाँ

In situations beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), English Touch reserves the right to modify or update this policy as needed.

यदि कोई ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न होती है जो हमारे नियंत्रण में नहीं है (जैसे प्राकृतिक आपदा, महामारी या सरकारी आदेश), तो English Touch इस नीति में आवश्यक संशोधन करने का अधिकार रखता है।

6. Final Decision Authority
अंतिम निर्णय का अधिकार

All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and course changes will be taken by English Touch and shall be considered final. No further appeal will be entertained.

रिफंड, कैंसलेशन और कोर्स से संबंधित सभी निर्णय English Touch द्वारा लिए जाएंगे और वे अंतिम माने जाएंगे। इस पर आगे कोई पुनर्विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
